Living CHARMED

As you may have already guessed- CHARMED is an acronym. 

Several months into my newfound coaching practice, I happened to notice that the first part of my name (Char) and the first letter of my middle name (Marie) spelled the word charm. In an instant, that word jumped off the screen and into my heart. From that moment on the word CHARM-acutally *CHARMED* took on a whole new meaning and became the heart and soul (theme) of my coaching practice. 

Each letter in the word CHARMED has its own meaning and acts as a pillar within my coaching practice- Comfortably Confident-Harmonious-Activated-Relationship Rich-Manifestated-Ever Evolving-Destiny by Design. 

There are several reasons why my clients choose to work with me, however, NO matter what that may be; one or more of these pillars will inevitably be a part of the process as we work together towards any goal that is desired or obstacle that needs to be conquered.   

When these 'pillars' are incorporated into our lives/relationships it makes it so much easier to manifest desirable outcomes in our every day living.  

*Why CHARMED rather than CHARM?-because CHARMED is a way of being (success in lives/relationships) by adding on the 'ED' it has a connotation of already there (manifested)

COMFORTABLY CONFIDENT

This is the kind of confidence we should all strive to obtain. Being over or underconfident is not an attractive trait to have and does not serve us well at all. When you achieve that sweet spot where you feel comfortably confident in any situation a sense of freedom will follow. When you can create that state of being in your life, it allows you to embrace the life and relationships you desire AND are meant to have! The MOST crucial relationship in our lives (other than the one we have with our Creator) is the one we have with our SELVES. Being comfortably confident in your own skin and having an Esteem that is in alignment will serve you in every area of your life and in your relationships. 

Having harmony (flow) in your life brings peace beyond understanding and will become a very valued asset that you never knew you needed. Happiness, peace, joy, and love are highly sought after, even when we don't even realize it. When we are able to encompass these emotions on a regular basis, we have uncovered real value within our lives/relationships. This is one of the most powerful ways of being that we can invite into our lives, and brings about much success in every area of our lives. 

A life that is activated is a life that has charge. There is SO much that this life we were given has to offer. I cannot tell you how many times I have heard the words "I don't know" when I have asked the simple question-What do you love to do? This is a common side effect of having a self-esteem that is out of alignment. Unfortunately, we all experience hardships from time to time. We take hits (the demise of a relationship, divorce, job loss, loss of a loved one ALL kinds of hits) as we navigate our way through this thing called life. Having a life that is activated is a very crucial factor whenever there is a reset that needs to take place. It is no coincidence that this is a pillar that is right in the middle of 'CHARMED'-There are many 'moving parts' (areas) that we contend with in life on a regular basis; making sure our physical bodies are in optimum condition, work/job/career commitments, social commitments, recreational activities, even something as simple as keeping your surroundings (house, apartment, car, etc) in optimal condition can have an affect on our inner selves. ALL areas of our lives and relationships require action and should be activated at all times. 

Relationship Rich-Connections (relationships) are just as critical to human life as is air, water, and food! If we do not feel rich in our relationships it can be extremely toxic to our well being. This does NOT mean that everyone needs to have a thousand friends, a family that is perfect, and/or an awesome romantic partner, etc. It means that there should be value in all of your relationships and it starts by developing a valuable relationship with your-SELF. You cannot have rich relationships if you do not first have a valuable relationship with yourself.  

A life that has meaning is a life that makes you jump out of bed every morning! Life can be magical when we allow it to be. I am, of course, NOT talking about black magic here by the way, quite the opposite in fact.  It is no secret that I  that I feel a deep spiritual connection to our Creator, I truly believe that without God's guidance in my life I could not be of assistance in your life. If you are in Spiritual alignment with God, you already know that we have a "Helper" and when we are in alignment with Him and know just how Powerful that can be. The word Charm has a few different meanings, one of them having a "magical" component to it, and it fits so well within the context of my practice. When you understand 'what' it is that you want to manifest within your life/relationships it becomes much easier to have it all come into frution. 

Sometimes we need to get out of our own way. How many times have you caught yourself sabotaging what you have created or want to create in your own life? Our esteem (sense of self) ebbs and flows throughout our lives. Sometimes it is set too high, and sometimes it is set too low, either one extreme (too high/too low) just doesn't work. When our esteem is out of alignment it often shows up in our lives in very negative ways. It is so important to stay grounded and balanced, after taking this deep dive within yourself, you will need to find that perfect balance within and know how to get back (reset) there when/if you find yourself out of alignment. It is so important to KEEP on growing as you go through life, but just as important to keep checking back in with yourself along the way. We should always be growing/evolving within this is an investment of time into ourselves that ALWAYS has a very lucrative 'return on investment.'

Destiny by Design- I believe that we are all created with a destiny. As humans, we are blessed with the ability to create (design) the very destinies we were meant to live. Finding our purpose has become sort of cliché yet, it really is an important factor in our lives. When we have realized our purpose (destiny) we are able to start designing it. Having purpose in our lives is a big part of what it is to be human, and we have an obligation to full fill our purpose. By taking this time for yourself whether it be on your own or by having someone else help you step outside your own head, you can reveal that destiny and start designing it your way.
