"I can't do that! Can I?"

I am all too familiar with what it feels like to be shy and or socially awkward, although NO one that knows me today would describe me in that way! When you suffer with this affliction you are not able to fully embrace/engage in all life has to offer.

This affects almost all aspects of your life, jobs, relationships, activities-you name it, it is affected.

You are not meant to live life from the sidelines you are here to live a happy Comfortably Confident life.

Having an esteem that is out of alignment does not feel good at all. You know that you have much more to offer but, you only go so far, and that internal voice inside tells you to "stop!", "your not good enough", "you don't know what you are doing" all kinds of negative words that play over and over inside of you. 

NONE of that is true at all! 

EVERY one of us has much value that is placed inside of us and we were Created to share that value with one another.
